  • Emu oil, triple refined, organic, 100% pure, no additives (Australia). Emu oil has shown some promise towards a natural way of reviving hair follicles towards health and growth, particularly due to the anti-inflammatory properties it has. Boston University School of Medicine led by Professor Michael Hollick, M.D., Ph.D., found treating scalp with emu oil resulted in 20% increase in hair growth activity, compared to skin treated with corn oil. Emu oil is rich in essential fatty acids (EFAs) specially oleic acid, which penetrates deep into the skin, and suspected of promoting healthy hair follicles. Studies reported from England, indicated that there was an average of 8% per month and 48% over six months of hair regrowth with emu oil. The participants were told to apply emu oil on their scalp and to leave it on for at 30 minutes before rinsing. Hair growth became evident after following these instructions for 30 - 90 days.

Olive Squalane, organic, cold pressed, made without pesticides, GMO's, or hexane (France).  Squalane is a light and stable version of olive oil squalene, hydrogenated to make it stable and non-oxidative. Squalene is found naturally in the sebum of human skin and is believed to lubricate and protect skin. Squalane, its hydrogenated cousin, is widely used as a conditioner, emollient and carrier oil in cosmetic formulations. It is easy to emulsify, chemically inert, but soluble in most cosmetic oils. It is an elegant emollient with exceptional spreading properties.Moisturizing your hair will help increase shine and prevent breakage. Hair has its own natural oils. Yet, weather, age, diet, and heat damage can dry out locks.. Squalane will replenish your strands and protect your hair from further damage.

  • Wild Tshamma seed oil, organic cold pressed premium, made without pesticides, GMO's, or hexane (Namibia). Wild Tshamma seed oil is a fantastic moisturizing oil for dry, damaged and fragile hair. It helps to rejuvenate your beard, keeping it healthy and shiny but is non-greasy. In fact, many users believe it is the most non-greasy hair oil on the market. Its Vitamin E content also helps regenerate hair follicles and promotes hair growth.

  • Murumuru butter (Brazil), has highly moisturizing properties that can help lock in moisture and protect hair, forms a film around hair similar to silicone except it is non comedogenic meaning it doesn’t clog the pores, rich in lauric,, myristic and oleic acid useful for penetrating the hair cuticle and fortifying the strands, high vitamin A & C content helps hair restore and maintain elasticity

Emu oil has shown some promise towards a natural way of reviving hair follicles towards health and growth, particularly due to the anti-inflammatory properties it has.

    Worth every penny

I would call this a medium firm hold. Which in my opinion is perfect. I have had Tobacco Vanilla Supreme and Dark Side scents. I highly recommend both. If I had to pick a favorite I would say Tobacco Vanilla Supreme.

    Quality ingredients; great product

I purchased this at the dawn of covid. I found myself without need for a balm. It sat in a drawer until I started using it as a nighttime butter. It makes my beard feel thick and nourished. Murumuru is on point. I love this stuff. I've since had an opportunity to use this as a daytime balm and naturally it works great. I pair it with the emu oil. I recommend you let the oil set for half an hour before applying the balm. Your beard daylong will hold in majestic fullness.

    Perfect

I have this balm in two different scents. The emu oil seems to hold the fragrance much longer than any other oil. It has the perfect amount of hold without weighing heavy or causing buildup on the beard. It moisturizes all day long and I don’t have to worry about my beard drying out by the end of the day. It doesn’t matter if I’m outside in the heat or if I’m in the office all day. I’m a big advocate of emu oil because it does so good for my beard. It looks and feels healthy without having an unnatural heavy shine to it. It is definitely one of the best balms out there. And a little bit goes a very very long way especially if you match it with the Prestige Emu Oil. If you have any reservations about trying this......DONT! Go ahead and try it....you will get hooked on it!
